Edward Chin leads CZM Finance as Director, providing clients with strategic lending solutions across commercial, business, and property finance. He works closely with small–medium enterprises, emerging corporates, and property developers to structure funding that supports growth, stability, and long-term success.

Edward’s expertise spans a broad range of lending products, including commercial loans, business acquisition funding, plant and equipment finance, cashflow facilities, start-up funding, asset finance, residential and investment loans, SMSF lending, and debt advisory. Under his leadership, CZM Finance also offers an expanded suite of business banking products through both major banks and alternative lenders.

With a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business) from The University of Queensland and a career in finance broking dating back to 2015, Edward has built strong technical capability supported by a deep understanding of client needs. His early career at First Choice Finance Group and subsequent progression to Fundamental Business Finance laid the foundations for his skill set in commercial and business lending.

In 2023, Edward co-founded Quartz Corp, leading its finance division and overseeing strategic and operational outcomes. Following the rapid growth of Quartz Corp’s finance and real estate teams, CZM Finance was launched to provide a dedicated and scalable platform for the finance arm of the business.
