Leigh Wetton is a Finance Specialist who brings substantial first-hand business ownership and executive experience to every client conversation. Before entering finance, he spent more than a decade building EMF Performance Centre into a national fitness brand, leading hundreds of employees, significant budgets and operations across multiple states before completing a successful exit.
Following a period away from the business, finance became a natural next step. It allowed Leigh to apply the commercial judgement, resilience and practical understanding developed through years at CEO pace. His primary finance capabilities include commercial finance, asset and equipment finance, and cashflow funding.
Leigh works particularly well with ambitious, high-net-worth business owners seeking growth across their businesses, assets or investment portfolios. He connects easily with owners at every stage because he understands the pressure, mindset and grit required to keep leading when the decisions are difficult.
Earlier in his career, Leigh served as a Navy Clearance Diver in the Australian Defence Force. He now lives on the Gold Coast with his young family and enjoys travelling the world with them.
