Nathan Munoz is a Finance Specialist who works with current and prospective homeowners, property investors and small business owners across residential, business and asset finance. He entered finance to combine his relationship-building and analytical skills while developing a business of his own.
Before moving into broking, Nathan worked as a Civil Asset Inspector for the City of Greater Geelong. The role demanded close attention to condition, documentation and detail - skills that now support his work with residential and commercial property transactions. He joined Fundamental in 2023 after beginning his finance career in mortgage broking.
Nathan is a clear and reassuring communicator who helps put clients at ease. He takes time to explain the proposed strategy, the commitments involved and what the client can expect throughout the process, allowing people to make informed decisions with greater confidence.
Based in Geelong, Nathan enjoys sport, particularly soccer, and travelling in search of new experiences around the world.
