Nathaniel Flack is the Managing Director and founder of Fundamental Business Finance. Since establishing the business in 2012, he has focused on helping established small and medium businesses access the right finance for each stage of their growth.
Nathaniel is particularly effective when a business has reached the limits of its existing bank or funder. He takes time to understand the wider business, its objectives and the pressure points behind the transaction before considering the available funding options. His broad experience spans commercial finance, cashflow and working capital, construction and development, equipment and asset finance, and consumer and residential lending.
Fundamental was built around a relationship-rich model. Nathaniel's aim is not simply to complete a transaction, but to remain involved as a trusted finance partner as the client's business, property interests and funding needs develop. He finds the work most rewarding when finance helps a business owner move forward with an ambition that may otherwise have remained out of reach.
Outside work, Nathaniel enjoys life with his wife, two sport-loving boys and two very active golden retrievers.
